Draw some rectangles that represent a small version of your flag. Inside the rectangles create different layouts using your tohu from Kaupapa 03: Tohu - Symbols.

You might do this by drawing or cutting different tohu out and laying them on top of each other. Play around with the tohu placement and put them together in different ways.

Try:
- Simplifying the tohu to a recognisable shape
- Changing the scale, big or small! - Overlap the shapes or connect them.
- Repeating the tohu across the flag or create an arrangement to communicate a message.
